Recommended usage concentration

For sawing operations, we recommend the following concentrations in the ready-to-use emulsion:

Steel: 8–10%.

Stainless steel: 12–15%.

The optimal concentration depends on the material, the machining process, and the operating conditions. For other machining operations, we would be happy to advise you on the correct dosage.

When mixing, add the concentrate to the water while stirring. Check the concentration regularly with a refractometer, taking the product-specific refractometer factor into account.
