Job Opening: Service Representative (In-Office)

About the Position of In-House Service Representative

As an in-house service representative, you’re a true all-rounder at TM-Tools. You’ll work out of our workshop and ensure that everything runs smoothly: from overhauling machines to preparing sold machines for shipment and supporting our production team.

No two days are the same. One day you’ll be overhauling machines, the next you’ll be putting together projects or helping out with logistics and the powder coating line. It’s precisely this variety that makes this role so enjoyable and challenging.

Experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement—we’re happy to train you ourselves, both internally and externally!

What are you going to do?

Overhauling and Refurbishing Machinery
Preparing sold machines for delivery
Assembling and setting up projects
Assisting with logistics tasks (loading and unloading)
Assisting with tasks in and around the powder coating line
Working with professional tools and machinery
Ensuring a clean and safe workplace
